Thanks to all for the feedback. I have the rebuild kit coming from Marysville and it should be here tomorrow. At the end of the pulley housing there is a pin holding the shaft in. From what I can gather that and the bushings and/or bearings have to pressed out and in. I took it out tonight, not a bad job on a Q and it is on the accessible side, and will likely take it to the auto shop next to work. They said they should be able to do it. If not I'll have to get it to the marine service I use but they are getting busy with the winter around the corner.
