Response to Flywheel aft, distributor aft, all is well
When I go to highperformer.com and get into that site to look around, I see it has changed the name to longblockengines.com, and it lists a series of links to other sites. This looks a bit strange to me, as I don't see a home office or address anywhere, and I don't see anything about marine motors.

I agree with James, I looks like you have the traditional opposite rotation motor on your Starboard side. I would look at the compression and power rating, and be sure you dialed up a replacement that was close.

Chris, I am curious how you found the highperformer.com site, is it a local business? You would probably be safer if you dealt with a company you could reach out and touch.
