As you can see, the floor brace supports all need replaced. Steve West, who is pictured in these photos and who is one of the finest glass and paint guys in Southeast Michigan, tells me the transom wood is bad and needs replaced. Hull is sound and has not been hit or run aground. Engines, I am told, are in decent running condition. However, since the transom needs replacing, I would consider repowering with something more serviceable along with compatible outdrives. We even kicked around the idea of cutting down the transom and putting a couple of big E Tec's on her. I will take abuse from the collective mind of this forum for that thought, for sure.
It is the type of project that one could get a lot of "scope creep" while pursuing the end result.
