Nice boat. It will make someone a good cruiser some day. Sorry you are selling, but your reasons are well stated.
If there is any way you can get the motors both running, it would tell a potential buyer a lot. As the boat sits now, they would anticipate at least one rebuild. When you purchased the boat, did the previous owner tell you they both ran? If so, what else did they say? If it is just a starter, that's one thing, but a rebuild is another.
The price you are asking is a good price for the hull alone. If someone popped in a couple of rebuilt long blocks, they would still have a viable project for the money. Good luck,
