1959 Nascar Thunderbird 'Zipper top'

Here is a 1959 'zipper top' thunderbird. These were modified by Holman Moody to run in the Nascar Convertible races that were popular at the time. This car was driven by Banjo Matthews. MEL 430 powered. This car would be similiar to the car Johnny Beauchamp ran at the first Daytona 500
