1958 lincoln continental rims

can some one tell me what color were the rims, gloss black, or low gloss black????? thanks

If you look on the lincoln forum there is talk of the 1958 wheel being grey or black. Some people say the 1959s had grey wheels that match plasti-kote's dove grey paint. The pic I attached shows 1958s leaving the factory and the wheels are black. I would say they are semi-gloss but it's hard to tell. Probably also the same as whatever the 1958 T-birds used since they were built along-side each other.

An original rim, looks to have been weathered.
