Hey I'm on the road right now, sorry for not responding quicker.
Yes, it's my understanding that the heads used on the 427 are the same as the ones on the 352 and 390 automobiles, with the exception of the brass plugs you can see in the photo. They should work as long as you don't get into some high performance heads that have bigger ports, most of those will be selling for a LOT of money because hot rodders and big dollar classic car collectors (Barrett Jackson style) put a value on original numbers. In reality, you can buy new iron or aluminum heads that perform as well as the high dollar originals, but you really want the generic automotive/marine units Ford used on their marine 427. Good heads by the way.
The FE wedge head is a nice piece of equipment from any perspective. Even the heads off a marine motor can be made to perform very well if they are cleaned up a bit and ported. The FE series is a good motor from top to bottom.
Be sure the heads you are considering look like the ones in the photos here, and you have the luxury of being able to compare them exactly with the ones coming off your motor.
Here is a thread where I took a lot of measurements to document all the ports, valve sizes, etc.

There is a huge amount of info in our Master Index files. The more you look the more you will find. Look and compare the heads, and for 65 bucks, hey, that would be a very good deal if they are not damaged in some way, warped, cracked, etc. It would be good if you can score a set of rebuilt ones, to save yourself the trouble of doing all the valves, etc., but these are not real complicated, just heavy iron from another era.
If you have any questions please ask and we will try to deal with them specifically.

Paul
