The big dogs are available..Jerry is first on the list. They have been started and appear to be in great shape. Frankly, the 454's are a great large displacement gas engine for boats. Why? They are durable and AVAILABLE. I appreciate the desire to keep the excellent 427's for originality reasons, but otherwise, 454/502's are the ticket. Don't need a 454? 383 roller cam Small Block Chevy with a stroker crank and long rods is the ticket.

So it looks like Jerry, who is 10,000 miles away, owns a boat that is 10,750 miles away. and, a pair of engines that are 10, 752 miles away. First, we gotta get Jerry back from the bowels of Hell. Then, we gotta get Jerry and his new toys together.

BTW, 10 bucks says he hasn't told his wife yet.............
