| If you removed the windshield something like the polysulfide from Boatlife would fix the problem forever, and you may never get the windshield off again. Using a premium (30-year or 50-year) silicone modified exterior sealant may work as well or better. The one thing many people don't remember, is the silicones all need to have the surfaces properly prepped in order for it to stick. Nothing worse than a cheesy looking caulking job, get one of those nice finishing tools, all it takes is a fine line to do the job. Why people smear the stuff all over the place with their finger is beyond me.
As for the manifolds and risers you mentioned, there should be a ready supply of those from numerous sources. They're a consumable on salt water motors, and there are a lot of small block motors out there in the salt, so finding them should not be difficult.
