Anchor Finish

Agree 100% about the design. This picture, along with a few others I have seen renewed my interest in refinishing the original anchor in my '69 35SC. No windlass and bow pulpit will be added but the anchor has a prominent position on the bow. The galvanized finish has seen a better day and I get tired of looking at it. This one appears to be painted powder coated and looks good. I have access to chroming and powder coating at work so it is something that I have no excuse to get done. Will powder coating hold up when the anchor is used? Anyone done either?
