Center of gravity

Response to Worlds largest cruise liner, one frightening roll-over about to happen?
The center of gravity on that big cruiser does look like a serious problem, and it may be even worse onece the boat is loaded with people, gear, provisions, furniture, etc. The draft can not be all that deep. I would think the center of gravity would be well above the water line?
