Response to Lancer Hull Number
The number molded into the transom is a HIN but your boat must have been manufactured prior to Nov 1972 when the USCG mandated the HIN and assigned MIC codes for each manufacturer your MIC code of ORA actualy goes to Oregon Airboats which we know isn't correct it looks more like a standard old time Chris Craft hull number. I happen to have both on my boat the HIN by the USCG and the CC hull number my CC number is MBA 35 255 my USCG HIN is CCHML2550875. Paul can help you with the CC number when he looks it up in the Essential Guide sorry mine is on the boat or I would look it up to.
