I am a dog lover and know what kind of an impact they can make to a family life. We have a black Lab who thinks he IS a human. Always happy to see me, ready to protect or lick you on the face as the case will be. In the past when we have lost a dog, we always seem to revere the memory and eventually we will get another one not to take the place of our lost friend, but to start a new legacy with us. I suggest you do the same. Bosco would really want it that way if he had a choice for you.
