You guys are so right.

With cars and boats, it is easy to overcome the market with the amount of time and dollars it would take to bring a rusty old car or ratty old boat back. Therefore it is necessary to buy these projects at bottom dollar if they will need total restoration dollars and time, and even then, better be careful what model it is you are buying. It makes no sense to but the same kind of dollars into the restoration of a Ford Fairmont that you might put into a 1968 big block Mustang........general cost would be similar but the latter would be worth five times more than the former.
