The high moisture readings are typical have them check to see if the anchor is mounted to the deck with chocks if so back all screws out and seal them that will help along with anything else mounted to the deck area with screws. Hey mine only has one head too the drawings I sent Paul show the second head but I don't have it. So where did it end up going to?
