Your 23 looks and sounds great. Congrats on the award.
I have launched my 23 "Ghost Rider" last week. Oil leak as well. I am in search of a square "O" ring for the remote oil filter connection at the block. Anyone?
It sure does take a lot of power to increase your speed, especially on that heavy 23 commander. I have not clocked mine on a gps yet, however I know that top rpms will be 4500 to 4700 now. My old 327Q @ 230hp topped out at around 4000.
I will post pics and specs of the new motor.

Keep on having fun w/ your grandad and that 23. Doesn't really get better than that! Enjoy.
