Terry,
there is not an after market tilt kit, per se. I have a friend who connected a Merc. trim piston to one on his 18' Donzi, but I don't think that would be a smooth conversion on a twin engine boat.
The good news is: you can bolt up a Volvo 290 drive, or a 280T (for trim) right to the existing transom assembly and have it done right.

BETTER YET... Consider purchasing my very nice 23' Lancer, as she is going on the market soon! I goofed and bought too small of a boat for my wife's taste (and constitution) so it's back to the search for a nice 31!! Seriously, let me know...
