That says a lot about the builder.
He enjoys a challenge.
He is capable of lofting and building to scale.
He has a playful spirit.
He enjoys attention.
He has a little spare cash.
He has (too much) time on his hands?
If this is built faithfully, it could be a moving history lesson for kids. It would also be one heck of a way to get attention at your local waterfront watering hole. Now, just as long as the driver, er captain, does not donn a pair of WW-II aviators glasses, lol.
