Response to Battery Cables
Steve and John:
I always use a wrench to test my batteries by laying it accross the two poles. If the battery is good, you will know it. I also stick my Klien slim screwdriver into the wall socket to see if the 110 is still working. If it is, I find out.

I learned how to do these things from my father who used to get me to hold the spark plug wire to see if the plug was getting any current. Right now, I going home to test and see if my emergency generator is working!
