The photos tell it all! I too over indulged. I took one of my boats, the brand shall remain nameless, out for a test run. The tank was full and the waves were just right. I ended up just goofing off for an afternoon and enjoying myself. How does this fit this current thread? Well to bring in the boating aspect, I can tell you that the rides were better than BBQ and the Yellow Rose went faster and further than a shotgun could shoot! More good news... We are having a fine crop of goslings this spring and so far, all of them have learned how to swimm. There will be plenty of good hunting this fall.
With all the rain we have been having, it was nice to run full out in the sun for a while. I did feel guilty about deserting the Commander for the afternoon, but will spend plenty of time on her this coming weekend. I hope everyone gets to get on the water this next week end and remembers those that sacrificed so that we can relax with our families. If you can't get out on the water, come down to DC and I will take you out on the Bay.
