Choke refurbish

I just cleaned it up, didn't need to buy anything. I coated everything with Gibbs, a higher grade of WD40, and added a little teflon oil for lube, put it together and bingo.

I may get a new spring and internal plate. It would take 5-minutes to replace, and finding a screwdriver would be the most difficult part.
