That is actually a new one on me, makes all the sense in the world too. It's the first time I've ever seen this posted on ANY boating web site. Mark one up for Roy!

I've had a can at the house for use on cars for years. Never really used it much becuse it isn't hard to tighten a belt on a car. Tightening a belt on a CC motor, especially a 427 is a real chore. If you're twenty miles out at night, tightening a belt is going to be tough to do. I'm getting two cans of this stuff, one for each of the boats I'll be running most.
