Response to Manual and tech support
FYI - I reached someone at Jabsco that was knowledgeable about the product. Both switches up for flybridge; both down for lower. Switches settings of left up/right down or left down/right up are not valid. IMHO, that's an odd design. One switch would suffice. It must have been cheaper to assemble with two.
