This 23ft with 8 ft beam has many similarities to the 23 commander and lancer. I see a boat that has yet to be influenced by Jim Wynne and Dick Avery. That hull is certainly not a deep-v w/ lifting strakes. I can see this hull getting the Jim Wynne treatment. The hull sides, bow and transom are very similar to the 23 commander/lancer. Everything from the rubrail up can be transformed with the design work of Dick Avery to end up w/ The 23 that we know. This is the missing link. At least it looks like the blank canvas for the best engineering and design guys of the day to work with.
