Ok, here are some of the photos that I have on hand, I'll post some more shortly:

You'll notice the interior side walls near the back of the helm are rotted, but I doubt that would be more than a day or two of work; the deck directly under those walls is rotted as well, hence the need for at least a partial deck replacement. Don't worry though, I can still walk on it without any fear.

This is due to the triangular windows having no caulk and instead being sealed with duct tape - I did not do this. I have already ripped out the side wall panels down in the bunk, since they had some mildew (it's 1/8 inch plywood if I remember correctly); I have the pieces still so a template could easily be made. This boat does have that monster generator in it, although it does not work; It turns over but makes a horrible knock, and besides that I have not messed with it. The vinyl is missing on the headboard in the helm. I took off the port trim tab to replace the actuator; it now has a brand new actuator, but since the trim tab proceeded to slip to the bottom of the Detroit River.. it is not currently on (argh!). I do, however, have a brand new replacement trim tab still in the box waiting to be put on. Again, the starboard engine runs great, and I think I have the port engine starting problem narrowed down to a bad starter or starter connection. (it's a slow, irregular crank.. I'm fairly confident I could get it started if only I had time). They are the 350Q's with the Paragon transmissions (the straight transmission). The back wall in the helm either needs replacement or a good sand down/stain/poly on the outside and some wallboard on the inside. I'm sure there's a few more things, but I can't think of them offhand. At any rate, aside from all that, the boat is actually quite solid.
