is your article from petersens book of engines #9 printed in 1973? because that ex pump is a wever brothers singel stage wet sump pump, we use one on a mates car but if you look at the in & out diameter on that int pump it looks like a scavange pump, and in my pix you can see the pick up on that int pump.the booster line depends on the car -6 for a streeter and -8 for a hottie.but -6 would probably be ok. I leave in the LH restrictor in unless it has LH lifter sleves then i will leave it out, because with sleeves if you pop a lifter at big revs you won't loose the bearings!
