With the restrictors and the bushed lifter bores you should be fine. I was going to remove the restrictor at the rear main that restricts oil to the driver side galley however in reading some of the threads on this forum Lawrence has made several comments about oil pressure loss and other things that make me think that I will leave it in just the same. He also states that the external line from the front to the rear oil sending unit hole should be used in all cases. I'm not taking a chance on anything and I'm installing one of these also. I have not been using one with my wet sump but I did on the dry sump I used to run. Lawrence, what size line should it be; I used to run a -8? Should it be a -10? I've found that the oil loss to the top end of my engine through the lifters will suck my pan completely dry so I had the oil holes in the lifter bores drilled at .030. I could not find any information anywhere that described the hole size for any particular application. I also looked at lifter clearances and found that the Crower solids were .875 dia. and the Comp Cams rollers were .874 dia. I had no oil problems until I switched to roller lifters so have your bores inside dia. checked as well as your lifters: Max clearance one thousandth; better with a half thousandth!
