Users must be 13 or older to sign up for a Network54 login, visit any Network54 boards or any other Network54-related site, or to create a Network54 Resource.

Network54 users who create posts or who set up a Network54 Resource bear any and all risk of reliance on the accuracy, validity or legitimacy of content they post or permit to be posted. Network54 is not responsible for any problems that may occur from reading or using content posted on Network54, as they are the exclusive responsibility of two parties: the user who posted it and the Resource owner who permitted it to be posted.

Network54 users may be held legally accountable for material they post or permit to be posted that violates copyright, trademark, patent, or trade secret law. Network54 users are also responsible for ensuring that their content complies with Network54's Terms of Use.

• Nudity, sex, pornography, and/or excessive profanity.
• Adult services. Network54 may not be used to promote, store, or display information or data pertaining to or about escort services or paid companionship services of any sort.
• Material that violates or solicits the violation of any applicable local, state, national or international law.
• Viruses, hacking or other harmful computer software programs.
• Unauthorized use or distribution of copyrighted material(s).
• Warez boards, CD-keys, and serial numbers.
• Mail fraud and pyramid schemes.
• Hatred and racism of any kind.
• Violence, guns or firearms.
• Illegal gambling.
• Any other material that may be deemed by Network54 to be libelous or offensive to another individual or organization. In most instances, however, Network54 will require more than an unverified email or Support Forum post to substantiate such an allegation.
• Information that infringes upon privacy rights, such as specific addresses, phone numbers, Social Security numbers, or credit card numbers.
• Any content that is in violation of the terms provided by Network54's own Internet Service Provider.

Network54 reserves the right to remove any such content or Resource from the Network54 services at any time and at its sole discretion. It also within Network54's sole discretion to revoke a user's login/account for violation of the Prohibited Content guidelines or for no reason at all. If the user is a Premier or Select Network54 member and the login/account are revoked as result of a Terms of Use violation, the payment for any unused portion of Premier or Select services is nonrefundable.

The standards for the allocation of hosted storage space are subject to change at any time based on the sole discretion of Network54. Furthermore, Network54 reserves the right to remove or deny file storage privileges to any individual or to remove or delete any files that it deems in violation of its Terms of Use, such as, by not limited to, a violation of its content standards or its prohibition of spamming.

Any content posted or uploaded to Network54 may be published by Network54. Users grant Network54 the right to publish and store the content and use it for promotional purposes, such as advertising, public relations, etc.

When posting, the poster gives up their right of rescission. The forum owner can give that right back at their discretion. The poster further gives the right to have the post visible on the site to the forum owner (and therefore, indirectly, to Network54).

Unless otherwise stated above, the copyrights of the post belongs to the poster, and it is their responsibility for what they say. It is the responsibility of the forum owner to moderate posts on their forums.

With regard to other Network54 Resources and the Network54 login name itself, it is within Network54's sole discretion to terminate when the owner of those assets has not logged in within the previous six months, and the login name can once again be selected by another Network54 user.

In Network54's sole discretion, Forums (but no other Network54 Resources) may be transferred to another login upon request of the Forum owner, providing that either the transferor or transferee is a Network54 Premier or Select user and that Network54 can authenticate that it is actually the forum owner making the request. The transferor may authenticate such a request by either logging in and requesting it via the Interactive Support Forum at http://www.network54.com/Forum/44985 or by emailing the request to support@network54.com, but the request must come from the email address that the forum owner has registered with Network54.

Without regard to the above paragraphs in this section, there is no Right of Survivorship in a Network54 account. A user's account and all Resources associated with that account terminate upon presentation of legal notice of that user's death.

Network54 users have the option of making their Network54 login Premier by the payment of a subscription fee that can be paid monthly, quarterly or bi-yearly. Any Forums they own under their Premier membership are served ad-free. Based upon the amount paid, Network54 provides ad-free service for a specified number of page views per month. When that ad-free limit is reached, the ads once again appear until the conclusion of that monthly period.

Network54 Select users, for a fee that can be paid monthly, make all Network54 forums or chats they visit ad-free, as well as receiving other benefits.

By accepting these Terms of Use, all Network54 users agree to submit to personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Los Angeles, California, United States of America and agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to Network54 or its Terms of Use must be filed within one year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

The Terms of Use may only be amended or modified for any individual or group of users in a written agreement signed by an officer of Network54 that specifically states it takes precedence over the Terms of Use.
