The valve spacing should be the same with the 2 heads.

The Comp rockers, if I recall right, has the adjusters offset about .05 away from the stands to help with pushrod hole clearance. The HS rockers don't have this so the pushrods will be a bit closer to the stands and closer to the stand side of the pushrod holes.
