Was the new yoke the same length as the old one? Your vibration sounds drive shaft related. Make sure the new u joint is "free" and doesn't bind. Also try turning the drive shaft 180 on the rear yoke. If that doesn't work, I would send it off to get it checked for balance like others have suggested. John
