Disconnect the EGR vacuum line and see if the problem goes away. Ford used too much EGR at light throttle in trucks in this era..93-95. They don't have a MAF, but the MAP, that should be around 106 hz @ 30 baro. Bottom line, find a good independant shop with a capable tech, and the equipment to gather the correct information.
