Just wondering if there are any options for placing the ads I want on my site, and can I use my own domain name? Does anyone know of any other community hosting sites, that give you a little more? I don't mind paying a little. Thanks for the help.

Yes, you can place ads on your own site.

The actual forum cannot have your domain name, but you can encase the forum in a frame from a website hosted on your domain name and it would be invisible to users.

It depends entirely on what "more" you are looking for.

Thanks for the reply.
I would like something along the lines of craigslist. Not that big, it's only for employees at my work. If you check out the thevillages.com you'll see kinda what I want. They are always having problems with their software though. Thanks again.

Using any of the basic forum features here your peers could post wanted or for sale ads and people could respond to them network54 does not obfuscate email addresses like Craigslist does.

You would be able to create groups, and only allow access to the forum to those groups.

Beyond those features, I'm not sure what else you are looking for.

You can do an HTML redirect either fomr inside your website or through your registrar. For example, hit this link:
http://ripper1.com
it will automatically take you to
http://longislandcustoms.com
If you need help setting that up, ask...
