Your best bet for getting everyone into your chat is to create a group; and give your members access control permission to be in the chat.

Can't people who are already in the discussion group simply CHAT without being in the group?

We are just getting errors when people try to log in to the chat.

What kind of errors? What is the chat #? What is the login of a user who is getting the error?

my chat doesn't seem to work on my site either. i try to use it as a guest and it doesn't work.
