quotes are required for ALL HTML values. Without them, you will have the issues you are having. All caps within HTML tags are also bad syntax and will be ignored by some browsers as well as some servers. Things are changing as HTML parsing is becoming much more strict these days.
Also, there should not have been any changes to the HTML as I posted it since without the proper syintax at the beginning of the code, it is not technically HTML.
