You could get what is called web spidering software. This software will crawl through your forum and download everything to your local hard drive. Then you can manipulate it as you wish.
However, there is no way to convert the Network54 format of posts into some other forum's format. No matter what, if you want posts on a Network54 forum to move to a different kind of forum, you will end up pasting the posts into your new forum in some form or another.
What I did, when faced with a similar situation, was let my premier forum revert to a free forum, I set all of the privileges to read-only, and then set a link up on the new site declaring the old site to be "archived". Then people can read anything they want from the old site and you don't have to work to make it available.
