When you post, do you see the WYSIWYG editor? It's the box with all of the options in it for text size, numbered and non-numbered lists, centering, links and images, etc......
If you do not see it, try enabling it in your profile. If you do see it, try disabling it in your profile. Then, post again with your image text and see if that changed it.
