Well, I can tell you that any version of Netscape won't work. Older Firefox versions had issues. IE 6 should never have a problem uploading images. I'm surprised you could upload such a large image though. I never do that, all of mine are under 100K. There is a limit for overall storage, but I haven't hit it yet, nor do I know what it is.
