The only thing I can find about the login link not showing on your forum is you most likely have the word "simple" in your forum style choice. I don't think the the simple outline and the other simple forum styles have the ability to show the login links on them. Try changing to a different style forum format (it's on the "appearance" page):

http://www.network54.com/My_Account/Forums/Edit/Appearance?forumid=YOUR_FORUM_ID_HERE
