| - Can someone please tell me how to fix a problem with a 1990 B2200? I put my foot to the floor on the gas and it sputters and whines. It does'nt give any power going up a hill. It feels like you are going up it in 5th gear. It is'nt the fuel filter. I just replaced that. I think it may be the carb. Could someone tell me any more specific details about this problem? THANKS

check your plug wires or your spark plugs. i had the same problem in my car
