This is my first Mazda truck. I was wondering why it wants to peeder out when I go up a hill. I think it might be the carb. because when I put the pedal to the metal it doesn't rev up at all. It sits and sputters. It runs better if I put my foot halfway into the gas pedal. Please answer if you have an idea. Thanks

I'd replace the fuel filter first.
