My heater fan does not come on when I adjust the speed. I checked the fuse, and tested the fan motor. I don't know what to try next. Can any body help please. Thanks!!!

Have you checked the resistor block? It works in conjunction with the switch to vary fan speed. It's located behind a small access panel in the air plenum, close to the glove box and fan motor.
