I need help in figuring out what to do with my 1993 MX6 brakes problem. The parking light is on steady. Then my brake pedal had to reach the floor to work. Then I filled up the brake fluid. The light went off for a little while but came back on. Brake pedal still needed to reach the floor to work properly. Then brake pedal was working ok. Only needs to go half way down. But brake light is still on. Also "rear" brake light goes on everytime I step on the brake pedal. I check underneath the car if I have a leak. No leaks visible. Please help. I don't have a lot of money either. What can I do??? Thanks!

Simply put, the symptoms indicate that your car needs brake work. You can find out to what extent when you take the car to the mechanic.
