Good Day Folks!

I would certainly appreciate comments/recommendations about problem with my 626. I own a 94 mazda 626 DOHC 2.0L 16valve 4-door sedan.

1. There is an annoying noise below the Steering Wheel Area whenever I travel on uneven roads. Its like metal-to-metal ... I already replaced rubber bushing of the stabilizer bar & had the tie rod end checked as well (its still OK). I also replaced Axle Bearing & Axle Boot but the noise is still there. I'm planning to have the Front Shock Absorbers replaced as well but I want to find out first if it will solve the noise problem. Worse scenario - spending a huge amount for shocks replacement & still experience the same problem.

2. Aircon: Aircon is cool as long as the car is running. In traffic though its not that cool - sort of fan only with minimal cool air. I already had it cleaned (Freon Flushing, Evaporator, Expansion Valve & Filter/Drier replaced). I also had the thermostat replaced. I'm using R-12 refrigirant.

Thanks a lot!
