gasoline consumption

i have a mazda 121 with gasoline motor 1300cc.
my problen his gasoline consume is very high , its 10 km/litro gasoline 93 octans.
originaly this have a consumption specificy 15 km/liters on city.
the ralenty velocity is high at noise of motor.
what is the ralenty velocity for this motor? (idle velocity)

Unless you're lucky, the type of problem you have is going to be very difficult to diagnose because there are a great many possibilities.

I don't know what the idle speed is supposed to be, but it may be posted on the underside of the hood (bonnet?)

If I understand the question corectly, you would like to know why the fuel consumption is high and what is the specified idle speed. I dle speed should be typically around 750 or 800 RPM on a Mazda passenger car. fuel consumption may be affected by many factors, of which improperly tuned engine can be the most common.
