I'm looking to find if anyone knows how to repair a rear seatbelt for a '94 Mazda Protege. It won't pull out and I'm not sure where to begin or if it can't be repaired and needs to be replaced. I'm just trying to find the most economical way to fix this problem since I need to have both belts functioning. I would appreciate any info that anyone can give me.
