Response to Problem Jogging while freeballing

Testicular torsion is due to a birth defect where to cremaster muscle is too short or anchored in the wrong place. It usually occur with guys who were preterm babies and is not something most men need worry about.

The scrotum is suppose to contract the testicles snug again the perineum during exercise. Some guys says theirs don't but it works for most. I've jogged, played tennis and done everything freeball for the past 40 years. In fact, for a time in the 1970s I was a member of a nudist resort and saw dozens of guys doing vigorous sports "as freeball as one can get" without problems.

Every year a number of races are run by guys proving this.....
