Feel free to introduce yourself. No obligation off course, but a nice way to get known to you a little. It's allways good to know your first name. Jeff or John sounds better than, "hey linc58prm2_1......"

Hi,

I recently picked up a 1958 MEL 430 with transmission from a Lincoln Premiere. I heard it run before I bought the engine and it runs great. I have a 1958 Edsel wagon I'd like to put it in and keep the teletouch controls for the transmission. When I get around to it I'll see if I can adapt a C6 to the teletouch controls and use this engine in the wagon. The original 361 FE needs a full rebuild and the car overall needs work. I also have a 1959 Mercury Commuter with a 383. I'll post pics when the weather is better and I get around to working on these cars.

Thanks for letting me join!

Ken

Hello, That would be an interesting modification. If you can hang on ro the 361, everything interchanges with the other FEs. What is the casting number of the 361 intake?
