new b with 62 LCC project

Feel free to introduce yourself. No obligation off course, but a nice way to get known to you a little. It's allways good to know your first name. Jeff or John sounds better than, "hey linc58prm2_1......"

new b with 62 LCC project

Post by ajordan » Thu 20. Sep 2012, 06:18

hello all,
Been snooping around the forum for a while. I have a 62 Lincoln convert in Orlando FL that has been ripped apart for the last 4 years due to a lazy body shop that had it for 3 years. The 430 mel engine is almost back together after receiving .40 pistons since the machine shop took to much meat off to put in .30. The rebuild kit was bought from Bakers. Hopefully the engine will go in sometime next week and the paint will be done in a month or two. Currently I need to get exhaust manifolds or headers.

I hope that the body shop comes through for you. But it sounds like there is light at the end of the tunnel. Please post photos when you do get a chance.
