Over my head -- 462 rebuilt

I'm getting over my head and need to recoup some of the money I've spent on this project. Take a look and thanks for looking.
MEL Engine for sale:
Hot tanked and magnetic particle inspection.
Value Job - Resurfaced heads
Exhaust seats replaced
Pistons cleaned and checked
Piston rings
Connecting rods reconditioned
Crankshaft checked and polished
Crankshaft main bearings - rod bearings
Cylinder block degrease and inspected
Cam bearings
New oil pump
Cylinder heads seats replaced
Freeze plugs removed and replaced
Camshaft regrind and polished
Camshaft lifters replaced
New timing chain - cam gears
All brackets, gas/oil, powersteering pumps, new full set of gaskets, clutch - fan, oil stick, pulleys, etc - have been refurbished and stay with the engine. At this time I will not part out. the intake manifolds have been restuded. There is one small hairline crack that will need to be welded. This thing looks Pretty and waiting to be dropped into a car. You'll have to pick up or make arrangements for delivery- Davenport, Iowa 52807. $1,800.00. I have an Engine and Machine Shop build sheet and invoice for $2,600. Oh yeah - the custom engine stand is included.
