MEL Engine Torque Specs. (lb ft):

Spark plugs:.........................15-20
Heads:................................135-145
Intake manifold:.................. 20-25
Exhaust manifold:............... 15-21
Rocker Shaft.........................45-50
Rods:....................................40-45
Mains: ..................................95-105
Flywheel to crankshaft:....... .75-85
Harmonic damper:............... 75-90

Viewing the head from the exhaust side, there are five bolts on the intake side, five on the exhaust.

Start with the middle bolt intake side, then middle bolt exhaust side. then progressively top and bottom to the left, then top and bottom to the right, then back to the left, and final two bolts to the right.

Cold torque specs are
1st step- 75-85 ft lbs
2nd step-85-95 ft lbs
3rd step- 95-105 ft lbs

All based on oiled threads on the head bolts.

Main bearings are 95-105

Intake manifold is 23-28

connecting rod is 45-50

rocker shaft support to cylinder head is 45-50
